Novarica Average Customer Experience Rankings™ are user-created evaluations of a solution based on numerical surveys of at least 5 clients. ACE Rankings™ provide a transparent, un-edited picture of how well a solution meets its users' needs. Some ACE Rankings are Gold Rankings, based on at least 10 client responses.
Novarica also provides expert opinions of individual solutions through our Novarica Vendor Solution Reviews™.

Insurers
Help us provide as complete a picture as possible of the vendor solutions market. Insurers completing an ACE Ranking™ can choose between a copy of the ranking report for the solution or a $500 credit towards any other Novarica report.
